Interline Rates are a privilege and are offered as a professional courtesy by our suppliers. Rates should not be shared or discussed with other guests or the general public.

Carnival Cruises - Interline Programs and Guidelines

Interline consists of two programs: Standard Interline and Interline Plus Programs.

STANDARD INTERLINE PROGRAM

1. PROGRAM DEFINITION
   The Interline Program is designed for select agencies that specifically market to the interline community. (See below for a list of eligible employees).
2. STANDARD INTERLINE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
   Fare Code: CPGI
   Ships/Sail dates: Valid on most ships and sail dates, based on availability.
   Restrictions:
   • Capacity controlled; based on availability.
   • All rates are per person, double occupancy and exclude air transportation.
   • May be combinable with 3/4/5th guest promos; not combinable with other promotions or discount offers.
   • Normal individual deposit and cancellation policies will apply.

Interline Plus (Friends and Family) Program

1. PROGRAM DEFINITION
   The Interline Plus Program is designed for active interliners who are traveling with additional friends and family. This program will allow the active interliners to book upto two additional (3 TOTAL) cabins at a slightly higher rate.
2. INTERLINE PLUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
   Fare Code: CPG3
   Ships/Sail dates: Valid on most ships and sail dates, based on availability.
   Restrictions:
   • Capacity controlled; based on availability.
   • All rates are per person, double occupancy and exclude air transportation.
   • Not combinable with other promotions or discount offers.
   • Normal individual deposit and cancellation policies will apply.
   • Active Interliners must be traveling in order to qualify for these rates.

MSC Cruises - Interline Rate Eligibility

INTERLINE RATE QUALIFICATION:

The interliner must be able to provide a current letter of employment on company letterhead and a photocopy of their corporate ID card. Parents and Parents in law of the employee, are required to have a letter from the son or daughter's employer stating that they are the parents or parents-in-law, in addition to the son or daugher's current letter of employment and photocopy of corporate ID. Parents and Parents-in-law can cruise with or without the qualified interliner.

Retired employees, are required to provide a letter on company letterhead referring to their employment and that they are eligible for all discounts and/or a copy of their ID card. Retired employees from defunct air carriers must provide a copy of their company photo ID. Proof of Interline eligibility is required to be filed with the Interliingplus prior to departure within 30 days of booking. Without proof of Interline eligibility before departure, MSC Cruises reserves the right to automatically adjust the rate. Maximum three staterooms per interline associate (the actual person working or retired from organizations listed above ) to accommodate those mentioned in the qualification list.

Seabourn - Interline Rate Eligibility

• Present-Active Airline Employees.
• Present-Active Pilots of Cargo Carriers.
• Spouse or friends traveling in the same cabin as Present-Active Airline Employee.
• Spouse of Present-Active Airline Employee.
• Dependent children traveling with Present-Active Airline Employee.
• Retired Airline Employees and Retired Pilots of Cargo Carriers.
• Retired Airline Employees of Defunct Airlines.
• Parents of Present-Active Airline Employees.
• Parent.s In-laws of Present-Active Airline Employees.

An airline employment verification letter is required before confirmation of any and all Interline booking. No photo ID copies accepted. If we do not receive the verification letter prior to payment, we will convert booking to FIT rate.

Viking River Cruises - Interline Rate Eligibility

Restrictions: Eligibility restrictions apply; bookings must be placed by a verified Interline agent. Space is available on first-come, first-served basis and is capacity controlled. Cannot be combined with any other offer.

The following are the eligibility requirements must be met by passengers to be allowed Interline Benefits:

• Employees of Airlines;
• CRS Providers (Amadeus, SABRE, etc);
• Air Express Providers (DHL, FedEx, etc.);
• members of immediate families of these listed companies;
• parents of the above including in-laws;
• and retired employees of the above.

Proof of employment (photo ID or letter from employer on company letterhead) must be provided with payment to agency.

Viking River Cruises reserves the right to audit eligibility documents. Failure to produce such documentation will cause any applicable booking(s) to revert to full brochure fare and may cause the program to be terminated. Discounts and programs apply so long as there is one eligible passenger per cabin. Viking River Cruises reserves the right to amend these conditions at will. 100% cancellation penalties apply.
