How to Whitelist Interlining Plus Emails in Your Spam Filter
If you currently use an anti-spam program or service, or if your ISP or e-mail provider does,
you can help insure that you receive your Interlining Plus newsletters by adding them
to your "safe" or permitted e-mail sender list (often called a "whitelist"). This usually
means simply adding our sending (or "From") address to your whitelist, safelist or list of
privileged senders.
If you do not find your e-mail provider or anti-spam solution in the list below, check
the "Other Providers" information at the bottom. You may also wish to consult the Help option
your e-mail provider probably offers. In most cases below we also include information on how
to whitelist the server which sends an e-mail verification message to first-time newsletter subscribers.
- Go to keyword: Mail Controls.
- Select the screen name to which we send your Interlining Plus newsletters. Click Customize Mail Controls For This Screen Name.
Version 9.0:
- Open your most recent Interlining Plus newsletter. Click the Add Address button (on the right) to add to your "People I Know" list.
- As an alternative, simply send an e-mail to: info@InterliningPlus.com, and that will add the newsletters to your "People I Know" list automatically. To do this:
- Open your most recent Interlining Plus newsletter.
- Click the Reply button (in the top right corner).
- A new e-mail window will open with the wrong address in the "Send To" box.
- Replace the address in the Send To box with: info@InterliningPlus.com
- Click Send Now (in the top right corner).
(You probably will receive an autoreply from Interlining Plus stating that address cannot accept e-mail. Don't worry; the act of sending the message there does the job of putting Interlining Plus newsletters into your AOL "People I Know" list.)
- If Interlining Plus newsletters are filtered, from the spambox click on the white "W" icon on the left column of the mailing. When the pop-up window is displayed, click the Add to Whitelist button.
- Alternative whitelisting methods--use this method also to whitelist the verification message which will be sent to you to activate your subscription:

- If subsequent Interlining Plus newsletters continue to be filtered, call or e-mail your ISP's technical support and ask how you can be sure to receive all e-mail from info@interliningplus.com.
