A word about Interline Rates
As Interline Rates are a privelege and are offered as a professional courtesy,
this information should not be shared with other guests or the public. This could
lead to the suppliers removing Interline rates completely.
Prices
All prices advertised are in the currency stated. Rates listed are select dates, in low season. The interline rates are listed PPD, per person double occupancy. Please call for single, triple, quad, children and group rates. Please note the following items are not included in the price: cruise line port, government & handling fees, other taxes, gratuities, passport & visa fees, optional activities, tours, items of a personal nature, unless specifically stated. Interline rates are capacity controlled, may vary by departure date and may be withdrawn at any time.
Payment
Interlining Plus accepts the following payment methods, cheque, money order, bank draft, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. (1) Your verbal authorization to use your credit card for deposit and/or final payment indicates your compliance with our booking terms & conditions. (2) Written authorization by the cardholder for credit card payments is required. (3) Non-payment on due-date will result in automatic cancellation with applicable penalties. (4) If check payment is to be used, a credit card is required to secure the reservation while awaiting check to arrive in our office within 48 hours. Payments will be applied on the credit card provided, if the check payment is not received in our office within 48 hours. (5) If traveling within 30 days or less, full payment is due to our office within 48 hours of confirmation, a last minute booking fee of $25USD will apply.
Deposit
A deposit is required to make a reservation and to secure a confirmed reservation. Reservations are accepted by Interlining Plus upon receipt of a deposit in the amount indicated. Deposit amounts are per person and must be paid by each individual. (1) Once your reservation is confirmed, the applicable cruise line, tour, or resort deposit is required, commonly 25% of the reservation total fare (with certain instances the deposit amount may be higher). (2) Full payment is due on all resort holiday and airfares at time of original booking. (3) Penalties will incur for cancellations once a reservation is made.
Cruise, Land Tours & Resort Bookings
All Cruise, Land and Resort Bookings will include a $20.00 USD administration fee per person).
Cancellation policy
A non - refundable administrative fee of $50 USD applies to all cancellations. All requests for cancellations must be received in writing from the purchaser and forwarded to Interlining Plus prior to the date of travel. In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply depending on when the cancellation is received. The charges listed are per person, based on double occupancy. For single, third and fourth guest cancellation policies contact our office direct. Please note port, government fees and taxes are non-refundable. As no exceptions will be made on cancellation charges, we recommend that you purchase appropriate travel insurance. Any client who has booked more than $10,000 USD during the current or previous calendar year will receive complimentary document delivery and not be charged for any Land tours and / or Resort Bookings. Price guarantee
Interlining Plus guarantees that your vacation price will not increase for any reason once you have paid your balance in full. Government taxes and fuel surcharges are not included in this guarantee.
Final Payment
Interlining Plus must receive final payment as indicated on the invoice, or immediately if you book within 30 days of departure date. Final payment policy: (1) For cruise reservations final payment is due 75 days prior to sailing. (2) For land tours 120 days prior to departure date unless otherwise stated. (3) For resort holidays and airfare full payment is due at time of making your reservation.
Taxes & service charges
All cruise fares are subject to various additional taxes. Resort holidays and airfare reservations may incur taxes, and in certain instances taxes may be payable direct to the supplier on location and are the responsibility of the traveler. (1) A service fee may be required on international reservations. (2) A last minute service fee is required on reservations within 30 days or less. These charges are for administration and documentation costs.
Changes
Changes to a reservation after confirmation if possible, will result in a $25USD charge. The charge will apply for any modifications that you require notification of the supplier, and/or issuance of new documents.
Children
Rates are as specified by each individual supplier. Unless specifically stated, rates are based on one child less than eleven years of age sharing accommodation with two full paying adults.
Passengers with special needs
It is important that you advise your travel consultant of any known medical conditions or special needs prior to finalizing your reservation.
Proof of citizenship
Entry requirements may vary and change according to destination. The traveler is responsible to provide any documentation that may be required by immigration and customs. Interlining Plus does not provide this information and assumes no liability for a trip failure caused by the lack of proper documentation. We advise you to check with your local consulate for documentation and medical requirements for your chosen destination, including travel visas, and passports. It is recommended that you travel with at least two forms of major identification (passport or birth certificate) with a picture ID.
Documents
In general, cruise document delivery is via electonic means (email) or
pier pickup. An additional fee may apply if documents are to be delivered by
courier. Alternative
documentation that specifies reservation and payment confirmation may be provided,
such as a pier pick up letter for cruises or vouchers for resorts and airfare.
It is recommended you carry your interline ID and/or additional proof of
eligibility to present upon check in or embarkation.
A word about airfare
Tours including space available or positive interline airfare are subject
to the following conditions. Interliners are solely responsible for checking
and accessing flight loads prior to departure, and for researching of flights
and ground arrangements as required. Interlining Plus is not responsible for
any additional expenses of any kind you may incur due to denied boarding,
bumped flights or any other reason whatsoever.
Unused services
No refund will be made for unused travel products or unused features, such as airport transfers, optional tours, package inclusions or special events or in the event a service or function is cancelled due to causes beyond our control. It is strongly recommended you purchase travel insurance.
Miscellaneous
(1) Interlining Plus strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance.
Available policy information and insurance quotes may be obtained by contacting
your professional interline travel consultant. (2) Specific requests for cabin
or accommodation upgrades are on a request basis only, and are not guaranteed.
(3) Special requests such as dining preferences are on a request basis only.
Supplier responsibilities
The supplier shall be responsible to the passenger for supplying the services
and accommodations described within the travel package purchased, except where
such services cannot be supplied or the itinerary used is changed due to delays
or other causes of whatever kind or nature beyond the control of the
Suppliers/Operators. In such circumstances the Supplier/Operator will do their
best to supply comparable services, accommodations and itineraries and there
shall be no refund in this connection. Interline fares are capacity controlled,
and the supplier reserves the right to offer alternative departure dates.
Responsibility of Interlining Plus
All interline fares are at the discretion of the particular supplier and
Interlining Plus reserves the right to secure and/or obtain alternatives of
the enclosed fares offered where conditions warrant. All interline fares are
subject to change and are based on availability at time of booking.
(1) Interlining Plus is not responsible for photographic, typographical or
print errors.
(2) In the event that accommodations are unsatisfactory with just cause,
the traveler should first attempt to correct the situation directly with
the supplier. If the supplier is unable to correct the situation, the
traveler should notify Interlining Plus at soon as possible so that we may
attempt to correct the situation. Otherwise, the traveler remains responsible
for all charges associated with the original booking, in addition to any
charges they may incur by changing their accommodation.
(3) Interlining Plus acts only as a third party reservation service. We do
not control the vendors providing services to you and cannot be held
responsible for their acts, omissions, and /or physical conditions.
(4) Purchase of any part of a package constitutes consent to all of the
above and all provisions in the terms and conditions list.
