A London Vacation Apartment gives the vacationer a chance to experience London as a Londoner, from your own London apartment. Our London Apartment Vacation accommodations are located in the very heart of the Chelsea section of Central London. You will be in walking distance of the Albert Hall, Hyde Park, the Thames, Harrods etc. Fabulous and fashionable Kings Road is just a half block away. You will immediately notice that our London Apartments are tastefully decorated, offer more space than a London Hotel and offer more value than the typical 3 Star London Hotel. Of course your own private London Vacation Apartment is equipped with a sleeping area, living room section, a complete bath, and a kitchen.

At London Apartment Vacation we offer a choice of London Apartments. Each is a studio Convertible Apartment located in central London just off King's Road in very upscale Chelsea (see map below). Each was updated in February, 2004. New Beds, renovations etc.

You will be part of the loveliest and liveliest neighborhoods in central London. Michael Caine, Anthony Hopkins, Mick Jaeger & Eric Clapton, have residences within blocks of these apartments. Margaret Thatcher recently sold her home which was located on the next street, one block away.

Each studio convertible London apartment has a British Queen bed located in an "alcove" away from the main living room. There is a couch, table and chairs, TV, stereo tape deck, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer for your convenience.

There is a separate kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker etc. Utensils are available for light cooking.

The baths have a tub/shower combination and have recently been renovated.

Location, Location, Location...

London Apartment Vacation is in the Chelsea section of Central London. There is a bus stop one half block away  where double decker London Buses will pick you up and take you quickly to any other part of London.

You will want to spend at least a full day in Chelsea as it is one of the most interesting and beautiful parts of central London.  It is world famous for it's May "Chelsea Flower Show".

You can purchase an excellent guide book entitled "London Walks" which devotes 25% of the entire book to Chelsea.

The Underground (tube) stops are South Kensington a 7 minute walk north and Sloane Square 10 minute walk along Kings road to the east. Buses are two minutes from the apartment door.

The apartments are all essentially the same floor plan with a small kitchen, alcove for the Queen Size bed, comfortable designed sleeper sofa that makes into a king.

There is no daily maid service.

NOTE: The minimum stay is 3 nights. For stays less than 6 nights, there is an additional $US 90 cleaning & laundry fee.
Also there is a refundable $150.00 key damage deposit. You will be sent the keys and detailed directions to the London Vacation Apartments. You will not have to go to a key pick up point. You will not have to wait outside the apartment for someone to bring you the keys.

Instead we will eliminate typical such hassles by supplying you with the apartment keys and apartment information before you leave home, even if you are in Singapore, Germany, South America or whereever.
